The Interdisciplinary Study of Human Systems
A. Solenne Institute is an independent research institute developing original frameworks for understanding human behavior, identity, regulation, decision-making, economics, and self-governance as interconnected systems.
Our work examines the structures beneath observable behavior, with particular attention to how internal and external systems shape human functioning, agency, and outcomes.

Human Behavior Is Structural
The Institute begins from a simple premise: human behavior cannot be adequately understood by examining isolated choices, traits, or outcomes.
Identity, nervous system regulation, cognition, environment, incentives, temporal orientation, and decision architecture operate together. Their interaction creates patterns that are often attributed to motivation, personality, or willpower when the deeper explanation is structural.
A. Solenne Institute studies these relationships and develops analytical frameworks that make them visible, intelligible, and applicable.
RESEARCH FOCUS
Areas of Inquiry

Human Systems Architecture
The structures and interactions that organize human functioning across psychological, behavioral, environmental, and economic domains.

Identity & Self-Governance
How identity is formed, maintained, revised, and translated into patterns of agency, behavior, and self-direction.

Emotional Governance & Regulation
The relationship between nervous system states, emotional regulation, behavioral capacity, and human decision-making.

Decision Architecture & Applied Intelligence
How people perceive, evaluate, choose, adapt, and convert knowledge into effective action.

Behavioral & Cognitive Systems
The psychological and cognitive mechanisms underlying patterns of thought, behavior, interpretation, and response.

Economic & Constraint Structures
How incentives, resources, constraints, and economic environments interact with individual behavior and opportunity.

Human Agency & Philosophy
The philosophical foundations of autonomy, responsibility, self-governance, and human possibility.
THE FRAMEWORK LIBRARY
Original Frameworks for the Study of Human Systems
The Institute develops original intellectual frameworks designed to isolate, explain, and connect specific dimensions of human functioning.
The foundational library begins with fourteen frameworks spanning identity, regulation, cognition, decision-making, environmental influence, temporal orientation, and applied intelligence.
Each framework functions independently while contributing to a larger body of research concerned with one central question:
How do human beings function as integrated systems?
The library will continue to expand as new areas of research are developed and formalized.

FOUNDED BY
Azari Solenne
Azari Solenne is the founder and systems architect of A. Solenne Institute. Her work operates at the intersection of behavioral psychology, cognitive neuroscience, philosophy, economics, communication, and systems theory.
Her research is concerned with identifying the structures beneath human behavior and developing analytical models that clarify how those structures interact.
Consider using this if you need to provide more context on why you do what you do. Be engaging. Focus on delivering value to your visitors.
A. SOLENNE INSTITUTE
Knowledge Becomes More Useful When Structure Becomes Visible.
A. Solenne Institute exists to study those structures, document them with precision, and develop intellectual models capable of supporting deeper inquiry into human functioning.
